Sponsorship Package Re: 5th Annual Diabetes 2km, 5km & 10km Walk, Run or Cycle Community Charity Event!

On April 24^th, 2010, insideout studio is proud to host the 5^th annual Spring Into Action Community Event. Please see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DujA4JF-kpM to view last year’s event footage. Proceeds from this event will provide much-needed economic support to local schools, the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Flemingdon Food Bank.

In these economic times, we expect the community to give its biggest show of support yet for our local charities in need. Once again we need your help to make this special local event a success!

Last year runners, cyclists and walkers (with and without dogs!) came out to show their support. Distinguished guests on hand, including Education Minister Kathleen Wynne, and media arrived to cover the event as well.

This is one in a series of very successful charitable events that insideout has hosted in the community, raising the profile of our partners who share this “proactive community” vision. Our events have been cited in the local papers (SNAP, The Mirror and the Town Crier) and also featured on Citytv and CFRB.

Our mission at insideout is to make a difference through community education and to empower healthy living. More than ever, it is important to carry this message to youth in Toronto-area schools and to the community in general. We are appealing to your support in order to further develop this vision and awareness.

There are many ways you can show your support. In addition to event sponsorship, you can also make a product or service donation. In return, we offer a variety of sponsor incentives and we invite you to participate in all of the day’s activities, including a very exciting pre and post event park party. We will prominently recognize those who donate. A receipt will be given to those who sponsor monetarily, with a portion of proceeds earmarked for the Canadian Diabetes Association.
